Award Winning Sports Therapist!

I founded KS Sports Therapy with one goal in mind: help people fix their injuries as effectively as possible & teach them to stay pain free for good. That’s the heart of my motto: “Get Fixed, STAY FIXED!”.
Over the past decade, I’ve clocked 10,000+ clinical hours and received 300+ 5 star reviews, my approach blends top-quality evidence-based treatments and real-world results with easy-to-understand education.
I don’t just treat the issue, I teach you how to prevent it from coming back.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of working with a diverse range of clients, including Hall of Fame & World Champion athletes, Olympians, amputees, and everyday people (both sporty & non-sporty) who just want to fix their injury so they can have a higher quality of life.
Many of my clients had previously been told to “just live with” their pain but are now living pain-free, often hitting new personal bests in their chosen sport and have even avoided having to undergo reconstructive surgery!
In 2015, I graduated university with First Class Honours and was awarded the Graybrook Prize for achieving the highest national grade across all Sports Therapy/Rehabilitation degrees ran by BASRaT (British Association of Sports Rehabilitators and Trainers) in England that year.
Having overcome my own injuries, I understand firsthand the physical and mental toll long-term pain can have. That’s why I’ve designed KS Sports Therapy not just to treat injuries, but to also support the psychological barriers that can hold people back from healing fully.
Whether in person or online, my goal is to make expert injury rehab accessible to all, so you don’t have to navigate injury recovery alone.
If you're ready to stop managing pain and start fixing it, I’d love to help!
