If your particular enquiry is not answered below please do not hesitate to get in touch with us via our "Contact" page.

How can you help me?

During your first visit with us, we will diagnose and explain any pain/injury that you may have while also discussing the causes, fixes and how to prevent such issues returning once you are pain free. We do this using our tried and tested protocol which is outlined in our "Treatments" page and reinforced in our "Reviews" page.

Can you help me if I'm not sporty?

YES! Good news, we specialise in resolving pain and injury of any kind, so whether you're sporty or not we can help you get back to living pain free while also giving you the tools to stay that way.

How do I book in?

The easiest way to book an appointment with us is via our "BOOK IN" page, however you can also ask us any question you'd like through our "Contact" page.

Do you have on site parking?

Yes, we offer parking which is free for 2 hours in the many spaces directly in front of our building. In the unlikely event that these spaces are ever full, we also have an overflow car park and lots of street parking nearby.

Do you provide disability access?

We proudly offer full disability access. Upon arrival, automatic doors lead you into our friendly reception and cafe area where you can wait in comfort. Our elevator also gives you full access to our clinics and accessible toilets.

Is there anywhere to store my bicycle?

Yes, we provide both indoor and outdoor bike railings that you can lock your bike to.

What qualifications do your therapists hold?

Our therapists have university degrees and a wealth of knowledge and experience with both world class athletes and members of the general public alike, see our "Our Team" page for full details.

Are you easy to find?

Yes, we are just a short walk from the city centre. At the end of Exeter Street, exit Cattedown roundabout just after Plymouth Christian Centre Church but just before the Gdynia Way Exit. We are then the first building on your right before the Boots Pharmacy and Wycliffe Surgery. Our address will be emailed to you once you've booked in and can also be found on our "Contact" page as well as at the bottom of any page on this website.

How regularly are you clinics cleaned?

We have always maintained the highest degree of cleanliness within our clinics and fully disinfect our clinics before and after each client. This includes sanitising our massage couch and face pillow (which is then covered with fresh couch roll), desk, chairs, coat hooks, door handles and pen with anti-bacterial spray and wipes. We keep our clinic well ventilated to ensure a consistent air flow and our entire building is also regularly disinfected by our dedicated cleaning and reception staff.

Are you on social media?

We are and we'd love a follow on Instagram and Facebook! Find us using the icons at the top and bottom of every page on this site.
